Canton Car Wash

They always do a great job when I get the interior detailing done. Even if it’s just the express, it’s well worth the money. And their waiting area is great and has fast WiFi; I’ll usually work from there when I get my car done. When I do self service, it’s a good experience as well. They keep cloths and cleaning supplies well stocked. Only occasionally has there been a vacuum that didn’t work.

First let me say that Ahmed did a great job in drying off my car, and the car wash was decent, everyone was friendly. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the experience after Ahmed. But the lack of effort in the detailing was ridiculous. As soon as I walked up to the car (my driver side door open) I could see before I even sat down, the dirt that was not wiped off, obvious dust still on top of my dashboard, inside the driver side door, stains (something that required a little elbow grease, not max effort by any means) was still there. It was jus disappointing. I could have just gotten the car wash. While I was waiting in the cafe area, I literally was strategizing how I was going to run to an ATM to get cash for a tip when I was walking up to the car. I was going to come back and drop it off in the tip box, until I saw my car. I was not putting in that extra effort, especially since they weren't willing to put in the basic effort. Maybe members have better service? I considered getting a membership this fall, but I will find another place that can do basic service well. I will not be back and will stop recommending this business, which is too bad. I usually refer people to th

2 star because the exterior wash was fine however, the express detail was a scam and I don’t recommend it. Oil smears left all over the dash and seats. Crumbs and sand left behind in chair seams and cracks. Even basic things weren’t wiped down or vacuumed, i’ll add photos. All they did on the inside is vacuum the floor and smear oil all over anything pleather. Even one of the mats which I payed extra for them to be shampooed had some white smears on it (not stained previously). I shouldn’t have to inspect the car after it’s finished and tell them to wipe/vacuum or do better after the car has already been pulled out of the garage and onto the road. Unfortunately, I will not return here.

Very disappointed with my experience at Canton Car Wash in Columbia. Paid $46 for a car wash and expected much better quality for that price. The seats still had marks and dirt on them, the back seats were not cleaned properly, and the floor area still looked dirty after the service. It honestly felt rushed and incomplete. For almost $50, customers should not have to go home and clean parts of the car themselves. Would not recommend based on my experience.

I had a great experience at Canton Car Wash in Columbia. From the moment I pulled in, the customer service was amazing. The concierge, Nick, walked me through selecting my wash and made sure it aligned with my monthly membership, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Once I exited the wash and moved into the full-service area, the team did an excellent job. A young man named Ahmed was especially great—he took his time wiping down my car thoroughly, and I appreciated that he used the pink rags (it looks like they’ve upgraded or switched them, which was a nice touch). Overall, the entire staff worked diligently on my vehicle, guided me clearly through each step, and did a really solid job cleaning my car. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.
